Whilst at your premises, we will look at the infrastructure and how it may affect your Quality Management System, and discuss with you and your staff the working environment and how this may also affect your Quality Management System, including training, awareness and competence of staff for specific roles, which may influence the success of a Quality Management System. We can help to deliver training and offer support.

Once we have helped you implement your system, we will then work with you to maintain and improve it, by facilitating, conducting and analysing audits, and facilitating Management reviews. Where you have decided to apply for certification to a specific standard, we will attend any audits performed by the certification body, so that we can work with you on any outcomes from such an audit.
