Shaw Integrated Management Systems base your Quality Management System on the seven management principles of the International Standard ISO9001:2015:
- Customer Focus
- Leadership
- Engaging People
- Process Approach
- Continuous Improvement
- Decisions based on Evidence
- Relationship Management
Implementing a Quality Management System enables an organisation, regardless of size and complexity, to take control and improve their key processes. Many customers now require a supplier to demonstrate the fundamentals of a Quality Management System and, indeed, often require suppliers to be compliant to ISO9001:2015.
The added benefits of a robust Quality Management System include:
- Operational efficiency
- Reduced production / operating costs
- Potential to grow your customer base
- Meet tendering requirements
So, here at Shaw Integrated Management Systems, we don’t just focus on your internal quality management but, also, that of your supply chain. Giving your customers complete confidence in your service and produts.

How will you focus on your customers: existing and potential?
The creation of your Quality Policy and how it is communicated.
How roles, responsibilities and authorities are decided and actioned, to ensure the smooth running of your Quality Management System.
We will help you decide on what your Quality objectives will be, and how these should be planned, measured, recorded and acted upon.
Whilst at your premises, we will look at the infrastructure and how it may affect your Quality Management System, and discuss with you and your staff the working environment and how this may also affect your Quality Management System, including training, awareness and competence of staff for specific roles, which may influence the success of a Quality Management System. We can help to deliver training and offer support.
Once we have helped you implement your system, we will then work with you to maintain and improve it, by facilitating, conducting and analysing audits, and facilitating Management reviews. Where you have decided to apply for certification to a specific standard, we will attend any audits performed by the certification body, so that we can work with you on any outcomes from such an audit.
